Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • Products must be returned within 10 calendar days from the date you received your order.

What We Offer

  • Store Credit: We offer store credit for all approved returns.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, color, or variation, you may exchange the item for another available product. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase using store credit.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receipt to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Processing Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit that can be used toward future purchases.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days after receipt of the return for processing.

  • Please note all products are made to order, customer must allow an additional 15 days after replacement order is placed for receipt of product. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including (but not limited to):

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after receipt

  • Opened hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items)

  • Final sale or clearance items (if noted at purchase)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage/defect. We’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue with an exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

  • Store credits do not expire and can be applied to future purchases unless stated otherwise.

  • Refunds to the original payment method are not offered—only store credit.

  • This policy is governed by applicable Puerto Rico consumer protection laws.
