Acho Store Shipping Policy

  1. Processing & Made-to-Order
  • All items are made to order. Please allow up to 15 calendar days from the date your order is placed for production and delivery within Puerto Rico.
  1. Shipping Methods & Timing
  • Standard shipping (Puerto Rico): delivery is included in the 15‑day window above unless otherwise noted at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee; expedited requests may shorten carrier transit time but do not shorten production time unless specifically offered.
  • Shipments to U.S. mainland or international addresses: production still requires up to 15 days; allow additional carrier transit time (typically 3–10 business days to mainland U.S.; longer for international). Exact times vary by carrier and destination.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, package size, and selected service. Promotions or free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout when applicable.
  1. Order Changes & Address Accuracy
  • Please review your shipping address and order details carefully. Requests to change an address or customization after an order is placed may not be possible once production begins.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.
  1. Tracking & Notifications
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.
  • If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, contact us right away so we can assist with carrier claims.
  1. Delays & Force Majeure
  • While we make every effort to meet the 15‑day timeline, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Because products are made to order, returns and exchanges are limited. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it (repair, replacement, or refund).
  • For issues related to fit or preference, please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering; custom items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  1. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country. These are not included in shipping charges.
