1. About Acho Studio

Acho Studio is a Puerto Rico–based animation and art studio offering original artwork, limited edition prints, merchandise, and apparel through exclusive drops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

  • All products are subject to availability and may be limited edition or exclusive drops.

  • We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

  • Colors, textures, and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handcrafted or artistic nature of our products.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees unless specified at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using the accepted payment methods displayed on the Site.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraud.

  • If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Acho Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the limited and exclusive nature of many items, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof.

  • Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our sole discretion. Please email info@achostudio.com for any claims.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including artwork, animations, images, logos, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of Acho Studio or its licensors.

  • Purchases grant you ownership of the physical product only. No copyright or reproduction rights are transferred.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
