Our studio's name "Acho" comes from a popular Puerto Rican slang word, it's use is similar to "bro" or "man". This short interjection is a nod to our heritage, our people and our warmth. Founded in Los Angeles in 2017 and now based in San Juan Puerto Rico, Acho Studio is an important staple of Puerto Rican art and film culture.
